The "How what you can eat..." article has me a bit worried. I've cut out ALL dairy because of Paleo.. with the exception of the little milk in my morning coffee and maybe the 1/4 cup cottage cheese I have twice a week. I don't know if I suffer from calcium depletion but this has me worried. I also don't eat many carbs, so as of right now my diet is mainly protein. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the cause of my injuries in addition to not stretching properly. *sighs*
I am working on my diet plan... trying to fine tune it and make it so that I won't be bored with it. But this article just made me realize I need to do MORE homework in addition to getting the right amount of Blocks at each meal. =( OH VEY! It's so much easier to STOP eating all together. LOL
I am also asking if we are meeting at the track. Also will we be doing our little field trip to the co-op gym at 6pm for the row machine instruction?
A calcium supplement is definitely necessary if you aren't consuming dairy. I thought you were already using one Andrea! Oh and yeah, not eating altogether will definitely solve all your problems... You won't feel anything. You'll be DEAD!
For tonight's workout we'll have to meet inside since thunderstorms are likely.
