Thank you for the articles. Nice that I would have golfer's elbow. LOL But I have printed it out and plan to do those strengthening exercises as soon as the pain goes away, meanwhile I shall get into the habit of stretching it on a daily basis.
When you say fifty, do you mean fifty for each arm or fifty total?
50 in total with the heaviest weight you can safely and efficiently manage!
