Well JESUS CHRIST!! Thanks for the info on the water considering I drank about a gallon after yesterday's workout. It's a wonder that I even woke up this morning.

Honestly I thought it could have been my sugar and not dehydration because I had that constant thirst especially since I was not feeling well before the workout. Wow... just another damn thing to worry about. LOL!
