seconds of rest for 4 minutes of each of the
following exercises:

Wallball shots
SDHPs
Box Jumps
Push-presses
Burpees

(75#, 50#, 30#, or 20# as necessary.)

Okay... please forgive me. But I laughed at the picture of the girl with the swollen eye in the Wii Article. FRIGGIN Hysterical! Now as far as the guy dying because he was jogging in place... COME ON! You don't use the balance board when jogging, so to blame the Wii Fit is ridiculous. That could have happened to him anywhere.

The article "Injured" hits close to home of course. I understand the importance of visiting the gym (sessions) although one cannot participate 100% and just watch... But it's WANTING to participate while you watch, that I may have a problem with.
