For time:
1 Mile run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 Mile run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed.
Start and finish with a 1 mile run.

Does this mean that we meet at the stadium or the pull-up bars on the parade ground or in the room at Gale Place?
Hey Tom, we're meeting inside... I'm going to modify the workout a bit to substitute for the mile runs.
