The Revolution Has Begun
The Riverdale Strength & Fitness Club is a community of individuals who share the common goal of becoming stronger and fitter day by day.
We are not a health club and we are not a social club. Our workouts aren't fashion shows in a big room full of spandex, expensive machines, televisions, mirrors and cold stares. In our world, everyone knows your name, and every day you are given a personal invitation to take another step closer to maximizing your human potential. We are located anywhere there is a challenge to be found. Where we train is of no consequence, how we train is.
Our goal is achieving true fitness, not the appearance of fitness. What good are those pretty "beach muscles" if you don't have the basic physical skills to save your own life or the life of a loved one if need be? Inspired by the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional exercises executed at high intensity, our program is guaranteed to spark changes within yourself that you may have never imagined were possible.
Olympic bars, gymnastics rings, kettlebells, medicine balls, pull-up bars, sandbags, stones, logs, kegs, tires, axles, yokes, jump ropes, climbing ropes and the four limbs attached to your body are the tools of our trade. You are the only machine you need.
We lift heavy and move fast, correctly. We measure progress through improvements in physical performance, not by numbers on a scale. We eliminate distractions, foster motivation, and continuously move forward...never backward. We fuse strength training and cardiovascular conditioning in as many combinations as logically possible. We work hard. We play hard. We will make you better and more efficient human being in every way, shape, and form.
All you have to do is make a choice...

Yes, we will be meeting for a group WOD.
I'm sure today's post will stir some sort of feedback, so let me the first to address the situation at hand. No, I am not some crazy conspiracy theorist who sits on my roof at night wearing a tinfoil hat... I've simply come across FACTUAL information that I feel the need to share. I believe we need to exercise our minds as thoroughly as we exercise our bodies and we need to educate ourselves, our families, and most importantly our children on what is really going on around us.
The following are 4 FACTS that I gurantee the large majority of our friends, families, and children do not know...
The USA is merging with Canada and Mexico to form the North American Union (NAU): FACT
Radio Frequency Identification chips (RFIDs) are being implanted into children, soldiers, the elderly, and are already in our money, passports, state IDs, and just about everything you've ever purchased from Walmart: FACT
The core of our public education system, the National Education Committee (NEA) was founded by John D. Rockefeller with the sole intention of creating a nation of workers, not thinkers: FACT

I shall comment eventually, Will. I promise. I have only watched up to video #5. So I wish to wait until I get to view them all.
I will say this.... it IS jaw dropping, but I have been aware of the Illuminati for quite some time thanks to Dan Brown's books, the Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons. After reading those books, I read a bit more on the Free Masons. Although I am surpised, I am not shocked by their status of power.

This New World Order Documentary was extremely frightening and upsetting. A social enemy… That’s what it’s all about isn’t it? Create a social enemy so that the American people can back you up.
I will admit that on 9/11 I wanted the US to do whatever it took to make those responsible pay. I was all for the war on Afghanistan; however, when Bush decided to go into Iraq I definitely felt that there was another agenda at hand. I did not support the war in Iraq, but I do and until this day still support our troops. To learn that 9/11 could have possibly been pure manipulation is extremely disconcerting. Preying on people’s fears in order to control them is unfortunately done on a daily basis and is a part of life. (I do it in order to get my children to do what I ask of them, e.g. eat your veggies or no dessert, clean your room or you will not go outside, etc etc.) But to MURDER and destroy innocent lives in order to fund an agenda is inexcusable.
Now one must ask, how do we sift through the propaganda told to us via the media and become a nation of free thinkers? Where would one go to get the facts?
Now I don’t want to start some conspiracy theory of my own but I can’t help but think. In this day and age 1 in 150 children are diagnosed with Autism. Why such an increase? Is it genetics? Is it because of Vaccines? Or is the government creating this propaganda in order to reach these exceptional children earlier in life? Teach them routine? *sighs*
In the last video, the Bison? Buffalo? Cattle? Well whatever they were, ganging up and rescuing one of their own from the lions was AMAZING. I have never seen that before; just goes to show you the effect of STRENGTH IN NUMBERS. =)
