Hello all, from here on out we'll be adhering to a few new standards with 3 of our most common exercises.
Push-ups are CHEST TO GROUND
Squats are BELOW PARALLEL
Burpees require a PUSH-UP AT THE BOTTOM

So much for the little confidence I have gained with pushups... now we are back to the drawing board.
The video on the burpees showed two ways of doing the pushup. One shows a person getting into pushup position, doing the pushup, and then standing (three separate motions). The other shows a person dropping into the psuhup position and immediately doing the pushup (as in one motion) and then standing. The second method appears much easier.
The variation in which the movement was broken into 3 parts is for the novice athlete who currently isn't capable of doing a full push-up.
LOL That novice would be me. LOL!
