I like the perfect practice makes perfect article. I have to work on my technique while weight training especially when jerking is involved to avoid injuring myself. I shall keep that in mind.. please don't kill me if I bug you constantly. =) I know you won't... I just felt like I should write it anyway. LOL!

Yep. You have to visualize the mechanics of the movement in your head before you perform an exercise. Far too often, people just grab the bar or whatever it may be and they dive straight into their workouts with reckless abandon...and that's what leads to injury over time.
