With a continuously running clock do 11 SDHPs the first minute, 12 SDHPs the second minute, 13 SDHPs the third minute...continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.

I was watching the Demos last night to refresh my memory on the SDHPs. *sighs* It looks easy.. Looks... but I know today will be a tough workout especially after yesterdays.
