Do you think if enough handstand push-ups are done... it will get easier to do a pull-up? What i am trying to say is if handstand push-ups help with upper body strength.. the it should help you build strength for a pull-up right? *sighs* Sorry if my thoughts are un-corrdinated.. just finished having two drinks while reading these articles.

Yes, handstand push-ups will make you stronger... But ask yourself what muscle groups does that exercise utilize. Then ask yourself what muscle groups does a pull-up utilize. They are not the same, so it's hard for one to translate over to the other.
