I thought they were the Paleo recipes not the RAW recipes. Blaah! I need the PALEO way to make Mayo, especially if we can't use salt. *sighs*

On Day 4 and I am trying to keep this meal plan interesting. Hopefully I have recovered enough to handle the rx'd clean n jerk.

Okay I watched the video.... I seem to be grasping the bar too tightly for grace during the cleans and also it appears they are going down into a full squat before standing. I will work on that today.

Now... can we get Nicknames too? LOL!
