Will attempt the 10 ways to get stronger at pull ups since the pull up is currently my enemy at them moment.

Supplements... this is why I was not taking anything including Calcium. First off I hate pills and why spend money on something that doesn't work anyway? Who are the reputable vitamin and supplement companies?

Lastly... Day 3... SUCKS! I know I know stop bitchin... but I want to smother my chicken in BBQ sauce. I WANT SAUCE DAMMIT!! =( 27 more days. *sighs*
