First off.. the go ahead and swear article is HYSTERICAL! I couldn't help but picture a person with Tourettes kicking some serious ass in a boxing ring... etc etc.

When I swear it helps me get through it but I also feel that I need to respect those around me because I feel a bit shameful, especially cursing in front of Tom & Jeanne. Although I know they don't care. LOL!

Primal Strength for women.. definitely need to watch this when I get home. I know I have a large frame but I don't want to get freakishly big! I don't mind looking like the Olympic Lifters, but because of my weight and frame I think I will develop somewhat in between both. Which I don't want.

I guess I need to step up cardiovascular activity in order to get this Fat off, because obviously dieting and cutting out all salt and dairy is NOT working. I swear it's like my fat is determined to stay put.

In between both? Of?

between an olympic lifter and bodybuilder. Blaah! Nope don't want that! Don't want to be bulky lean... I wants lean lean. LOL!

Andrea,
Interesting that you should mention the screaming (and the occasional swear). I thought it was to relieve the pain (studies bear this out) while Jeanne said it was to help you get through the routine. She's right, as usual. You're also right. We couldn't care less. Whatever helps you to complete the workout, do it! LOL! (Did I use that appropariately?)

I think youve missed the point Andrea... How are you going to look like a bodybuilder if you're not training like one?

Now Will.... I understand that I AM NOT TRAINING like a bodybuilder! But I also KNOW that I will never be as LEAN as an olympic lifter.

Before you say, "OH YES YOU CAN with enough hard work", I want to explain something without divulging too much personal information. *sighs* Which I don't think I can, but let's just say that medically speaking... it won't happen.

And Thank you Tom. I will still try and come up with something more "clean". LOL!
