The link for bringing out the dead is not vaild as of 12:23pm.

On the recovery.. what do they do with the foam roller? Curious as to why it's a necessary evil. LOL!

As far as supplements.. I was right in taking the Glucosamine. So basically Fish Oil, Glucosamine, & Calcium if doing Paleo. Thanks!

Are we still doing "Angie" tomorrow? I'm sure the "offical" competition is cancelled.
