Move from each of 6 stations after 90 seconds. Count reps
at each station. Repeat for 3 rounds. Add total number of
reps for all 3 rounds for your final score. 30 second break
between stations. 60 second break between rounds. The
stations are:
Wallball shots
Burpees
Pull-ups
Rope turns
Deadlifts
Mountain climbers

Great Video. Going to have to sit one day and watch them all.
Exercise is the best medicine? Sure it is, once you get past all the soreness and injuries when you first start out.
Need a coach Will? I'm sure the entire class would help you with that. =)
