For Monday's workout, we will be meeting at 10:30am at the track at Van Cortlandt Stadium! You will need your mats and kettlebells, so grab them tomorrow after the workout or you can come inside around 10ish on Monday before the workout to get them...I'll be there to grab a few things anyway.
Also, I encourage all of you bring a friend and drag your spouses out of bed to come join the fun for free! While I'm not telling you what it is yet, Monday's workout will be quite simple and easily doable for a newbie... So if anyone you know has been interested in coming, but is still waiting for "the right time" to take the plunge, Monday will be as good a time as any! So spread the word!

Great idea. Although I can't help but wonder how it will turn out with so many probably attending BBQs and such. But a great idea nonetheless.
Since it's outside I may be able to attend with the kids. So hope to see you all there. Happy Memorial Day people!
