ANNOUNCEMENT - New WOD/Rest Day Cycle

After tomorrow's rest day, we will be following a 3 day on 1 day off workout/rest cycle from here on out. There will be WODs posted 7 days per week, however, every 4th day will be more of a skills practice session than a regular WOD. Now, while there will be a WOD posted on Fridays (if it happens to be a workout day), there will continue to be no group session that day. Why the change? Because rest and recovery are an essential component of your improvement and this system will simplify the process of choosing WODs to skip and days to rest.
