Wednesday - Day 0042

Move from each of 6 stations after 45 seconds. Count reps at each station. Repeat for 3 rounds. Add total number of reps for all 3 rounds for your final score. 15 second break between stations. 45 second break between rounds. The stations are:

95# Deadlift
Sit-ups
45# Push-presses

Squats
30# KB Swings
Push-ups
