Saturday - DAY 0017

With a continuously running clock do 11 SDHPs the first minute, 12 SDHPs the second minute, 13 SDHPs the third minute...continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.

I guess this is what we will be doing in the next hour. *sighs* I wish I knew what the abbreviations stood for so I could prepare myself. LOL! See you at 9:30!

That's why I thought we were alternating two different exercises. Good workout, we'll see how I feel tomorrow.
