Yes. That looks like me back in September. LOL! Rest day?!! What's that? Okay I guess I will do some pilates or the Wii fit in order to prepare myself for tomorrow. Still feel sore and stiff from Wedneday night.

Rest day is a day for you to just let your body recover from the work it's been through during the week. No heavy weight training or long distance running today. Technique work, yoga, pilates, and/or light cardio (jumping rope, running 1 mile or less, etc.) are ok. Along with today, our standard rest day, you need to take off at least one other day during the week. Doing 5 WODs a week is ideal, 6 is pure madness!
