LOL..Yeah today's looks easy. You should use a medicine ball for the sit up's though
This article scares me that mike will be unstoppable now. After he gets back on track. Im in a bar grill right now and "drop the world" just came on by the DJ. I have faith in my self again. The top gets smaller the more that I climb. Can't wait till the rope is at the entrance celling
