I will say this Insulin Resistance SUCKS MAJOR ASS!!

It's so hard to maintain levels and control the glucose so that your body doesn't crave more sugar. What's makes it sucks more is that when you are eating right, you feel faint, and your feel like you're going to pass out. You think... hmmmmm My sugar must be low, you test yourself and your sugar is within normal range. It's just that your body is so used to your sugar levels being so high that it takes time for your body to adjust to normal levels. When I say time.... I mean a long fucking time, two weeks my ASS! IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!

I'm going to bookmark this and keep up with his blog. I like to know more about Ketogenic diets.

But this article just stresses why I have to do ALL or nothing. I'm not allowed cheat days. =(
