Well.....I'm fucked. I'm double jointed and we knew it's the reason why I'm prone to injury, so I guess this limits what I can do in the gym. I have to accept that it's going to take me a very long time to get where I want to be and that's okay. As long as I get there. =)

I appreciate the fact that this author posted his credentials. It lends credibiility to what he said, unlike many of the articles people throw out that are nothing more than opinion. I would have liked to see him sum up with something like, "If it hurts, make sure you're doing it properly. If you are and it still hurts, stop doing it."
