From what I read. I do not think or feel that I am over training. Plus I've noticed the difference in our workouts and the workouts I use to do. Just yesterday I put it to the test again for the hell of it. The outcome? You already know. I felt as if I only did our warm up. Although my arms felt the burn from the workout, the rest of my body wanted more. I did not sweat and I wasn't out of breath. I felt like i should have just done 100 blurpee's instead of the hour curl dumb bell workout.

That's what always happens... The average person's definition of fitness doesn't even register on our scale...

By the way, WTF is a blurpee? Lol...
