But what if the pains you're having are not due to an injury but just joint inflammation possibly due to arthritus? A week off would possibly help, but then it's just going to act up again once you return or if other enviromental factors cause it. Soooooo. would the 3 to 1 be suggested as a regular thing? Because you always hear conflicting data on arthritus, some say to stay active, others says to rest.

Also.. I have to say that I am envious that everyone is succeeding in Doubleunders. That alone make me want to attend class today, just to keep trying.
