I think this was one of the most truth finding/home hitting articles that has been posted. It reminds you that we all deal with crap on the daily but we also drop a ton of excuses as to why we can't do the WOD or a million other things. If Mark can step up to the bar EVERYDAY and lift (and then come up with a ton of hysterical posts and quotes) in THAT type of pain, I think it just brings to light the heart and passion that one can have for an activity or cause in their own personal life; regardless of the road blocks which each and every person inevitably comes across.
Word up homeslice...
