Round 1: 3 Squats + 3 KB swings
Round 2: 6 Squats + 6 KB swings
Round 3: 9 Squats + 9 KB swings
Round 4: 12 Squats + 12 KB swings
Round 5: 15 Squats + 15 KB swings
Round 6: 18 Squats + 18 KB swings
Round 7: 21 Squats + 21 KB swings
Round 8: 24 Squats + 24 KB swings
Round 9: 27 Squats + 27 KB swings
Round 10: 30 Squats + 30 KB swings
