Ahhh the phoenix. When I make my ultimate tranformation, I think I will mark it with a phoenix. Another great article by T nation. Thanks for sharing.

Gee...I wonder if the pain in my lower back this afternoon has anything to do with my poor form on the deadlift this morning?
