Hmmm. Instead of running 400 meters can we row 400 meters? If so, EXPECT A PHONE CALL MIKE! We are hitting the gym right after I get out of work. 10AM BUDDY! Let's do this!

OKay Will.... thanks for almost making me toss my breakfast this morning. Enjoyed the article on Injuries but I could have done without those god awful pictures. BLAAH! My stomach is still queasy.

LOL. As I read the articles I comment. That Great Old Feeling.... YES!! I can attest to that! All the emotions I get before a challenging WOD are equivalent to those I receive right before I strap myself into an outrageous rollercoaster ride. LOL!

Crossfit.... makes you feel young again... if only for 20 minutes before the soreness kicks in. LOL!
