As far as the articles go, Melissa's article was very informative. Trying to be successful at weight loss when your body is insulin resistant is tough, I should know.
"Paleo" has done wonders as far keeping my sugar in check, but I should look into the Zone as well to kick this weight loss into high gear. Maybe doing Paleo on Zone portions will help me break out of the plateau I've seem to have fallen into. It's all a science, I didn't think I would have to become a scientist just to be fit and healthy.
