Ha ha Tom. Although it doesn't say it, I can bet he plans on having you do 1 rep for each, then increase the weight and do another 1 rep each until u reach your maximum weight. Because it can't be that easy.

Btw Will, the face u made in that picture is hilarious. Two words: More Fiber. LOL!

Tom, it's going to take quite some time to work your way up to your max attempt on all three lifts! You'll be doing a few warm-up sets of each, then attempting your heaviest lift.

And Andrea, I would possibly find your comment funny if you could even make that 425lb barbell ROLL an inch! Hahaha! So until then, keep lifting and shut your face! Lol.
