On another note, for any of you who aren't doing anything tonight, Shad's wife has a local Roller Derby match tonight in YONKERS! I forgot what time exactly but I'll know in the morning. If anyone is interested in coming let me know!

Wheaties is a carb, I don't have carbs in my diet unless it's fruits and veggies.

The match starts at 7pm... Doors open at 6pm at Murry's rink in Tuckahoe. $15 entrance for BYOC (Bring your own chair).
