Very Inspirational. I will most definitely succeed. Reading these articles helps me to believe it's possible.

Now tweaking my diet for optimal performance is going to be difficult. I'm going to have to journal everything and ask myself daily, "What did I eat? How did I feel? did I have the energy to complete the WOD in good or record time?"

Family support is very important but unfortunately I only have 75%. See in my household, although we are eating healthier, there is still a cupboard that has the "these snacks will KILL you Andrea" inside.

I will definitely put some thought into this.

Some interesting general information. Today I had my third nuclear stress test in seven years. One of the three important indicators is 'recovery time'. After the last one (two years ago), I thought that I would stop breathing; that's how exhausted I was, even though I'd been doing my general aerobic and strength training on a regular basis. Today, it took me under three minutes to recover completely (according to the instruments) and I felt like I could have done it all over again within less than two minutes. Is it coincidence that the results are so dramatically different since I've been doing Crossfit? Perhaps, but nor likely.

Tom!!!! That is WONDERFUL news! Well I for one agree that this IS the best thing to happen to me besides the births of my children. If I could shout it to the world I would scream, "Join Us, you would never regret it!" Instead I am submitting an article for the co-op newsletter June edition maybe you should do the same that way our cooperators can see that BDB fitcamp is for everyone.

Again, Congratulations! I better step my game up in the gym. ;-)
