Keep going hard for another 5 months and you just might make it! The pivotal factor for you will be your diet. When you have the time, look into the Zone and Paleo diets... Most people in the CrossFit community follow either or, and it plays a huge role in developing the physiques you see in the videos and pics.

Okay.. I shall look into those. From what I read they are very similiar to atkins... which means Andrea is going to be cranky for the next few weeks. LOL

Similar but not the same! The Paleo & Zone diets are still capable of providing enough energy to support athletic performance. Most diets do not take into consideration the coloric requirements for sport or strenuous exercise.
