OH MY GOSH!!! Are you for real?!!! OH man I am scared I am going to finish myself off. I will practice some of those tonight to see if I could follow through with them. OH man... I am goiung to lose sleep tonight over this. LOL!

Dude, I gotta say.. My back is not hurting. I mean if I turn a certain way I will feel the pain but after what we did today I honestly thought I was going to make it worse. But NOPE.. all is good. *doing the happy dance*
