Tabata "Bottom To Bottom" 2.0
20 seconds of work immediately followed by 10
seconds of rest for 4 minutes of squats. Rest
is taken at the bottom of the squat! Take a 2
minute rest, then repeat once more.

I got to speak with you. I may have two people for Wednesday's class. They are from Amalgamated, I am persuading them to come and do the intro sessions, but the new month starts next week. So I have a question, because they will only be able to do 2 classes. I'll call ya later around 6pm.
